Depending on their value and/or volume, the found objects that are reported to us are either left in the vehicle to allow their owner to retrieve them directly, or reported as quickly as possible to our offices. If it is an object of value, efforts are made to try to trace the owner.
We keep lost items for a month. After this period, the salvageable items are donated to charitable organizations or deposited for recycling. We do this to prevent the excessive accumulation of unclaimed items in vehicles or on our premises. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
